Aeration tubes are indispensable in the field of environmental technology because they can be used flexibly to ensure uniform and constant surface aeration.

Depending on the composition of the waste water, proven EPDM qualities in sulphur and peroxide connection variants are used. The groove pattern embedded in the tube using our expertise is responsible for the constant generation of air bubbles. The quality and processing of the individual components are also crucial. The "Made in Germany" stamp remains important to us. In close co-operation with our German partners, we ensure excellent material quality and equally good processing.

Available in almost all lengths and diameters on request for self-assembly or as a complete system, pre-assembled on each 63mm PP carrier tube with 2 x 1 lug V2A tube clamps.

Microbiologically resistant EPDM material suitable for treating substances such as oil and grease in wastewater;

Titanium connecting silicone material for wastewater containing large amounts of grease and oil;

NBR material for special requirements.

Every 50 tube aerators are tested for bubbles, pressure drop, hardness and wall thickness in our developed pool.

Test reports are available upon delivery.

We offer solutions that are able to adapt to alternating tensile and compressive loads, for example for use in sedimentation tanks, without the risk of fracture. The aeration pipe consists of a perforated tube, a polypropylene support tube, two V2A pipe clamps, two O-rings made of EPDM and a flat washer made of EPDM (with grooves). Thanks to this design, the installation process is simple and straightforward and meets all requirements and needs.
