Liftable Aerator Suitable for Energy-Saving Retrofits in Oxidation Ditche

Tubular lifting aerator is mainly used for municipal wastewater and organic industrial wastewater treatment system oxygenation. Tube aerator has the characteristics of simple structure, high oxygen utilisation rate, reliable performance, not easy to block the pores, no sewage backflow, uniform circumferential stress, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, low system price, good chemical stability, no plasticiser, long term elasticity, acid and alkali resistance, no hardening, no embrittlement, no aging and so on. The product bubble diameter is small, not only to maintain high oxygen conversion rate, but also to achieve the mixing and stirring function. Adopting self-sealing hole structure, micropores are not blocked. Easy to install and dismantle. Reduce energy consumption.

Tube aerator description: 1 plug, 2 stainless steel clamps, 3 aerator bodies, 4 aerator micropores, 5 fittings, 6 gaskets I, 7 gaskets II, 8 centre tubes, 9 distributor tubes, 10 curved plates.


Tube aerator structure: aeration diaphragm, support tube, air tube. The outer diameter of the tube aerator is 67mm, generally 500mm, 800mm and 1000mm. 580mm below the use of extrusion or moulding, 580mm above the use of extrusion. Membrane tube size is 1.5mm, 2 x 2.5mm spaced drilled holes of 1-3mm diameter uniform microbubbles. The top of the membrane tube has a 15 mm long non-porous area. When the air supply is interrupted, the membrane will immediately return to its original state. Backflow from the air inlet can be automatically prevented.

The texture of the tube aerator:

1. The rubber diaphragm is made of EPDM rubber, which is heat-resistant, ozone-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, and chemically stable. Compared with ordinary rubber membrane, its service life can be greatly improved.

2. Aeration holes are long zigzag holes with good expansion and instantaneous closure. In the aeration process, the diameter of less than 3mm micro-bubbles, high oxygen utilisation rate of 35~42%.

3. The support tube is made of ABS or PVC.

4. The air duct adopts engineering plastic ABS hollow water filling greatly reduces the buoyancy of the aeration system in the water.
